Why do i feel like hurtnig my boyfriend?

i love my boyfriend very much and he loves me to bits, things have been bumpy the last couple of weeks but are back to normal now but i will just feel angry at him at times out of nowhere. i also find it hard to show emotion and love without him showing it first or making the first move. id like to be more loving but i hind it hard why is that??? 0.o
